Total Environmental Compliance Win Contract Extension with St Mungos

Total Environmental Compliance have recently been granted a contract extension based on a strong performance delivery in PPM, remedial works and Legionella Risk Assessment.

We started working with St Mungos in 2018. Originally formed in 1969 by a group of people who went onto the streets to talk to homeless people, offer them food and ask how they could help.

Over fifty years later, St Mungos now helps thousands of homeless people across London and the south of England with a clear vision that ‘everyone has a place to call home and can fulfil their hopes and ambitions’.

Each night, they provide a bed and support to more than 3,150 people in accommodation that’s owned, run or managed by St Mungo’s. They have spent £4 million improving their buildings where clients live.

Total Environmental Compliance ensures that St Mungos meets all their water hygiene compliance responsibilities in recommended guidance timeframes.

We provide a comprehensive water hygiene service covering all related HSG 274 guidance services associated to St Mungos requirements. As a housing association portfolio, flexibility is key to providing a good service delivery with minimal disruption to tenants. We can meet our time frame service deliveries with a more personal feel rather than a commercial one when working in tenants homes.
