Total Environmental Compliance are excited to be working with Community Housing to deliver their ‘Water Hygiene Risk Mitigation Activities’ contract for their independent living schemes and community centres.
Community Housing is the largest social housing landlord in the Wyre Forest District and one of the largest employers in the area, employing over 500 people through the headquarters in Kidderminster.
The scope of the contract is to carry-out a range of water hygiene maintenance tasks, on behalf of Community Housing including:
Monthly hot & cold-water temperature checks
Showerhead clean and disinfections
Thermostatic Mixing Valves servicing
Legionella sampling
Tvc/E.coli/Coliform sampling
CWST/Integrated Water Heaters inspections and tap descales.
With an already substantial portfolio of social housing customers in the West Midlands, we look forward to working with the Community Housing team.
