From coast to castle: Our epic 30km journey raises over £1,000 for essential care services
At Total Environmental Compliance, we’re passionate about protecting people and communities a commitment that extends far beyond water safety. This weekend, 12 dedicated TEC employees proved that our team spirit is as strong as our professional expertise, completing the gruelling Sea to Summit Challenge to raise vital funds for longstanding TEC client Methodist Homes (MHA).
An epic adventure from dawn to dusk
At 5:30am on Saturday morning, the TEC team embarked on an unforgettable 30km journey from the historic Caernarfon Castle to the breathtaking summit of Snowdon, concluding at Dolbadarn Castle. Despite facing some pretty horrific weather conditions, our team’s determination never wavered.
The impressive statistics speak for themselves:
- 20.23 miles trekked across challenging Welsh terrain
- 11.5 hours of continuous walking
- 4,623 feet of total ascent conquered
- 47,788 steps taken by each team member
- Lots of laughs and zero tears
