Total Environmental Compliance have been working with Greensquare Accord (formerly Accord Housing Association), for the last seven years. We are very excited to announce that following a successful tender process, we have secured a further contract to deliver Periodic Inspection, Testing, Monitoring & Risk Assessments for Legionella Bacteria (L8) in Residential Hot & Cold Water Systems.
Greensquare Accords mission is to ‘build better lives and provide social housing and support services to 54,000 people’. Their portfolio consists of no fewer than 25,000 homes, 100+ care homes and support schemes plus 4,000 colleagues.
Formed in April 2021 from the merger of Accord Housing Association, in the West Midlands, and GreenSquare Group, in the South West. Both housing associations have a history of providing affordable homes and support services for people in need.
Our contract team will be headed-up by Mike Darby, Contract Manager. Mike joined TEC almost 8 years ago and is based in the West Midlands and oversees most of our contracts in this region.
