Mark’s role as Managing Director includes Strategic Business Leadership and oversight, alongside his continued commitment to continue to grow Total Environmental Compliance to be the consumers first choice in environmental compliance and support. He says that success as a Director comes from the reflected achievements of his work colleagues. Mark has a clear vision for Total Environmental Compliance and a strategy to achieve that vision.
Mark joined the industry in 2000, since joining Total Environmental Compliance in January 2004 as Operations Supervisor, he has achieved many of the recognised professional qualifications within the water industry. Mark’s involvement in project management and through expert qualitative and quantitative auditing of risk management systems, ensures clients remain compliant with all associated legislation.
Mark’s dedication and passion to succeed were quickly recognised and he was promoted from Operations/Contract Manager, to Operations Director and further achieve his current position of Managing Director. Very few people can say that there is not a task within the water industry that they haven’t mastered, Mark is the exception.
DOM WALL – HEAD OF SALES AND OPERATIONS
Dom manages the southern and northern sales and operations teams; supporting them technically and commercially whilst also maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Dom has been working within the industry since 2008, starting out as an Environmental Consultant focusing on legionella compliance, he has acquired a wealth of experience in Legionella management, risk assessment and training. With experience in a vast array of sectors including experience supporting customers in Healthcare, Charities, Schools, Further Education, Construction, Industry, Leisure and Facilities Management all of which face their own management challenges. He has also provided legionella consultancy services across the world helping globally recognised brands formulate and implement policy. Dom also has experience assisting clients with food hygiene, indoor air quality and comfort condition consultancy.
Total Environmental Compliance believe in working with clients and forming partnerships. Delivering Legionella training ranging from Basic Awareness to Appointed Competent Person Training Courses, Dom passionately believes that “knowledge is power”, and all of his courses are tailored to the needs of the customer.
MYLES HALL – REGIONAL OPERATIONAL AND SERVICE MANAGER (S)
Myles is responsible for both the Southern and Midlands operations teams.
8 years ago, Myles joined the industry as a water monitoring technician and quickly became a Legionella Risk Assessor showing vast understanding of domestic and commercial water systems. His knowledge, communication skills and ability to create strong working relationships have seen him progress to Senior Risk Assessor.
He joined the team at Total Environmental Compliance in 2015 and his focus and dedication has brought him quickly to the prominent position he now holds. He manages our highly qualified teams by providing them support, both technically and practically, whilst also maintaining strong relationships with our clients through monthly contract meetings.
Myles has acquired a wealth of experience in Legionella management and consultancy. He is currently managing Legionella monitoring services at various projects in London, including One Housing Group, NHS Properties, Fire Stations, Residential Homes and Schools.
CLIVE SUTTON – REGIONAL OPERATIONAL AND SERVICE MANAGER (N)
Clive has a wealth of knowledge in Legionella control and Water Hygiene and is competent in providing Legionella Awareness Training. He is focused on building strong customer relationships with existing and new clients alike and providing a solution based approach to their Legionella monitoring requirements.
Clive has an ethical approach to dealing with his clients, which in turn ties in with Total Environmental Compliance philosophy and why as a company, customer retention is key. He is familiar with many different sectors within the industry including Housing, Retail, Education, Leisure, Healthcare and Construction and welcomes the chance to meet new clients. He supports the day to day operations of our northern team.
JACOB VARGHESE – QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER
Jacob Varghese joined Total Environmental Compliance as legionella consultant in 2005, having previously worked in the industry since 1997 gaining valuable experience in industrial water treatment and legionella management. He is formally qualified as a graduate in Chemistry and further Post Graduate studies in Polymer technology. Working with global water treatment leaders like Henkel Surface Technologies, Ashland (Drew Industrial) and SNF Floerger provided him with specialist knowledge in water treatment techniques and customer focused work ethics.
Jacob has pivotal role in maintaining our external quality accreditation schemes and further improve safety and quality compliance for the company to constantly focus on its goal to be a market leader. Since joining Total Environmental Compliance, he has helped the company to achieve accreditation to Legionella Control Association (LCA), ISO 9001:2008, CHAS, Safe Contractor etc. Jacob has been actively involved in offering consultancy to clients in legionella management and advises colleagues on legionella compliance matters.
Jacob has successfully managed water hygiene projects and risk assessments for numerous high profile clients nationwide.
CARRIE KENWARD – MEDIA, MARKETING AND CLIENT MANAGER
Carrie joined our team in 2015, to support the rapid growth of our southern division. She predominately manages our larger accounts, organising and fulfilling their day to day requirements. Carrie is passionate about being the first point of contact for our clients, making sure strong B2B relationships are built and maintained.
Carrie manages the southern team schedules, responsible for programming and planning works, she ensures both client and compliance needs are met through a passion for customer service and attention to detail. She also manages our HR and purchasing responsibilities.
Carrie has had her own digital marketing and web site management business and previous to this worked in sales and marketing for a number of years. Carrie continues to work on our digital presence and on-going brand awareness within the organisation. With her vast experience across a diverse number of industries has provided our customers with invaluable support.
EMILY RYDER – OFFICE MANAGER
Emily has been with Total Environmental Compliance since 2011 and is now predominately responsible for the production of our Legionella risk assessments. Ensuring that the production team produces reports that are of the highest quality and that turnaround is in line with internal key performance indicators.
Emily also continually maintains Total Environmental Compliance quality accreditations – ISO 14001 & ISO 9001-2008, confirming appropriate quality standards and procedures are consistently adhered too.
NEIL CHISNALL – SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANT
Neil has worked in environmental consultancy for over 20 years. After graduating from The University of Manchester with an Honours degree in Geology, Neil then completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Protection at The University of Salford. He then gained experience with a leading environmental consultancy and after five years he joined Total Environmental Compliance in 1999 as a senior site consultant to head up the newly formed Environmental Consultancy Section.
Neil has considerable expertise in stack emissions monitoring, occupational hygiene surveys, Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) testing and workplace noise assessments. Neil holds British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS) accreditations for noise and vibration monitoring, LEV testing and examination and workplace air monitoring. Neil is also a member of The Royal Society of Health.
